Objectives of the role:


  • Oversee the daily operations at the studio.
  • Covering a wide range of operations from sales and team management to business operations and studio resources.
  • Creating studio policies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Anticipating project requirements, identifying schedules, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with producers and stakeholders, providing daytoday contact regarding project status and changes.

Responsibilities:


  • The Studio Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the creative studio.
  • Coordinating with managers, the sales team, producers, and external resources to complete projects successfully.
  • Key duties include hiring and supervising designers, animators, illustrators, and other technical and creative staff, as well as assisting in selecting the studio's equipment.
  • Responsible for creating weekly schedules for employees, accommodating requests for days off, and arranging replacements when team members are absent due to sickness or vacations.
  • The Studio Manager will closely monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are on schedule and meeting clients' specific needs, assigning and monitoring resources to maximize project efficiency and deliverables.
  • Reporting project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Analyzing team calendar status versus current projects and revising the scope, schedule, or budget as needed to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Fostering improved collaboration in the workplace between team members is a key focus.

Required skills and qualifications:


  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes and coaching project team members to enhance their abilities and skill sets.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines is essential.
  • Previous knowledge of CRM platforms such as Monday, Miro, Holded, and PayFit.
  • Proficient problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are imperative.
  • Effective interpersonal skills are also crucial.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is a must, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
