Your mission:

As a Regional Manager, you will be accountable for the P&L of Andalucia, leading and developing the team to reach the goals.

You will be reporting to the founding team, doing a great variety of high-impact activities. You will be both in the daily operations and in the strategic decisions.

Your tasks:

Review purchases, sales and additional services, making sure goals are met and solving specific problems of the team
Analyze endtoend funnel and KPIs to understand deviations and propose actions
Coordinate specific actions with other departments (e.g. marketing, finance, product)
Propose and implement process improvements, as well as transfer best practices
Contribute to hiring new members of the team as we grow
Set the team goals, review their performance and help them grow
Represent Tiko (and its values) in the region

Your profile:

You have a minimum 4/5 years of experience in a high demanding environment such as consulting or investment banking. Additional startup or scaleup experience is highly valued
You are also analytical; every solution starts with an indepth analysis of the problem
You are handson and independent; you proactively come up with solutions without waiting for anyone to tell you what to do
You are native in Spanish and fluent in English
