ResponsabilidadesGestionar las instalaciones de las sedes garantizando el buen uso cumpliendo los requisitos de seguridad y salud.
Integración del servicio de Facility Management con proveedor externo garantizando los servicios en base a los requerimientos legales, análisis, SLAs y reporte de servicio.
Gestión documental de Requisitos Legales y proceso para las ISOs implementadas.ISO9k / ISO14kGestión de los requisitos de H&S de las actualizaciones de los sites, proporcionando soporte a los servicios contratados.
Gestión de la estrategia de sostenibilidad global cumpliendo con los objetivos de zona, plan de acción, análisis y reporte de los principales indicadores de energia, CO2, agua, Residuos, biodiversidad, Zero CO2 sites y otros.
Gestión de los residuos, acciones y reporte.Implementación de soluciones software y hardware para el control y análisis de control de edificios, ocupación, energía, agua, CO2 ...Apoyo comercial a la fuerza de ventas y unidades de negocio en base a la estrategia de sostenibilidad y objetivos.
Comunicación interna sobre la gestión de los sites y su buen uso.Promover el voluntariado en acciones con impacto a la comunidad.
Gestión de pedidos a proveedores de servicios.
Perímetro :
Sede de Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) como principal, la sede de Zaragoza y de A Coruna.
Requerimientos
Experiencia en puestos similares en base a la gestión integral de un centro o fábrica y seguimiento de proveedores de serviciosFormación técnica.
formación Profesional ciclo superior o equivalente en electricidad / electrónica o Ingeniería TécnicaInglés. Escrito y conversación dado que participará en reuniones globales y proyectos con participación de personas de diferentes paises.Conocimiento de Requisitos Legales en base a las instalaciones o vectores existentes ( Seguridad Industrial, Medio ambientales, electricidad, climatización, Agua, Residuos)Periódicamente ha de viajar a otras sedes.
