As an International Sales Manager (M/F/d) in our team you are responsible to manage and grow key professional & retail customers and help strategize and execute upon new business opportunities, manage, and grow well-established businesses, contribute to global corporate initiatives.

Focus Market is North America.

  • Manage seasonal and sales promotional cadence's while working crossfunctionally to ensure support from marketing and planning
  • Ensure goto market strategies are executed for new brand launches, off shelf programs, etc.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly sales forecasting projections based on history, sell through, seasonal lift, upcoming promotions, etc.
  • Manage customer P&L while tracking sales allowances, markdowns, deductions, and contractual customer conditions
  • Oversee and manage sales representatives ensuring external communication, follow up, sample submissions, item setup, project trackers, and most importantly, sales budgets are met
  • Work with merchant team to create a balanced assortment in terms of value, price point, style/sku count and seasonal placements
  • Continually bring forward newness in marketing and product concepts to add freshness to the selling floor assortment
  • Manage and build our products using your existing relationships as well as cultivating new relationships
What you bring

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in the field of sales
  • Proficient level of English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Good Knowledge about the USA retail landscape
  • You are highly organized and have a strong attention to details
  • Selfstarter and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Teamwork, strong communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility
  • You have analytical skills and solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • Good Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
