What do Sector Alarm's Customer Service Agents do?
- Technical support
- Allocating/booking maintenance services for our customers
- Invoice solutions.
- You will work closely with different departments at a high pace, with several errands simultaneously.
It's a full-time position, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays a month

- Communicate in
Spanish on a native level, both written and spoken. - Communicate in
either
French, Italian or Portuguese on a native level, both written and spoken. - Communicate in
English on a comprehensive level, since all our internal communications are in English.
- Have experience within a customer servicerelated area.
- You have a good communication skills.
- Are flexible, responsible and goal oriented.
- Are comfortable using PC and phone as your primary working tools.
