What do Sector Alarm's Customer Service Agents do?

  • Technical support
  • Allocating/booking maintenance services for our customers
  • Invoice solutions.
  • You will work closely with different departments at a high pace, with several errands simultaneously.
Your overall mission is to listen to customer needs and offer them the best possible solution.

It's a full-time position, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays a month


Who are you?
You...

  • Communicate in
    Spanish on a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Communicate in
    either
    French, Italian or Portuguese on a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Communicate in
    English on a comprehensive level, since all our internal communications are in English.
And you

  • Have experience within a customer servicerelated area.
  • You have a good communication skills.
  • Are flexible, responsible and goal oriented.
  • Are comfortable using PC and phone as your primary working tools.
To be considered you need to have a clean
criminal record.
