Main Responsibilities:

Resolving IT challenges for our partners to ensure seamless office operations
Document and track interaction with a ticketing system
Collaborate closely with specialized teams, delegating complex issues to the right experts for swift resolution
Elevate customer satisfaction levels through proactive problemsolving and a dedication to excellence
Foster seamless communication within your team and across departments, ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed
