The purpose of the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will collect data and then analyze it to make improvements to Supply Chain Process. The position will also provide information to drive demand and inventory levels to maximize services levels and cost objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain data in ERP.
  • Support the company with procurement, planning and Logistic responsibilities.
  • Measure and analyze data, process, reports and planning to understand pain points, deviations, identify causes, propose improvements/projects and control the results for supply chain stages to guarantee the service. This can involve reviewing underperforming areas in the End to End.
  • Analyze, propose, and look for actions to increase the Forecast accuracy as well as align the demand with the capacities collecting, organizing and assessing data regarding the expected short and mediumterm production.
  • Challenge current process, investigating, developing, implementing solutions and following up metrics to minimize inventory losses and costs to achieve corporate working capital by assessing forecasts and calculating/ updating current inventory levels/agreements with relevant data analysis.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement for Supply Chain (Procurement, Planning, Logistic, Demand, Inventory) liaising with sales, operations, purchasing, Finance and R&D departments.
  • Prioritize and ensures the delivery of products and services, collaborating with internal and external Customers and Suppliers
  • Supporting management with risk assessments, analysis, mitigation activities and performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with colleagues, customers and other third parties, promoting the company values

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent working experience.
  • Alternatively, Secondary level education built with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in Supply Chain roles with a proven track record of delivering change and results aligned with career progression.
  • 5 years of experience in a demand planning, procurement or production planning role is a minimum requirement.
  • APICS certification is an asset.
  • Solid experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Business, by preference being exposed to perishable products before.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and Procurement practices and procedures.
  • Prior project management experience is a plus.
  • Communication skills: must be able to explain and share the information in the most didactic way with those professionals who benefit from our work.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English (C1)
