    How to contribute to our vision

  • Coordinate the Zero Harm Framework implementation (Operating Model) in Service globally. Improved safety culture across the business unit (safety Culture).
  • Support the follow-up of the TRIR Reduction Plans in each region and share best practices globally.
  • Review of incidents registered in Enablon to guarantee the accuracy of the information, KPIs, reporting of working hours, HRI, trending, etc.
  • Service ZH Periodical Review (incidents, sharing of Lessons Learned, best practices, campaigns, ZH Self-assessments, leadership commitment workshops, global program, assessments, and audits, etc.).
  • Definition and implementation of initiatives and campaigns based upon detailed trend analysis of incidents resulting in injuries and general incidents occurring in Service.
  • Support the coordination of the "Leadership Commitment Workshops" in each region to talk about the importance of Safety, change the mindset of STOP work, behaviors, be a role model, etc.

  • University Degree in Engineering or related careers with comprehensive knowledge in EHS, based on practical experience and theoretical foundations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS-related areas with a demonstration of achievements in the main responsibilities.
  • Contractor management experience
  • Experience in audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause methodologies.
