We are seeking a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team within our Marketing team.

This role will report to the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing marketing automation platforms and processes. Your role is crucial in improving marketing campaign effectiveness and overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with business objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage day-to-day creation and execution of marketing automation (e.g. email) campaigns, including design, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, templates, and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze & report on campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize future campaigns.
• Manage marketing databases, ensuring data quality, segmentation, and accurate tracking of customer interactions.
• Provide training and support to marketing teams on marketing automation best practices & usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technology.
• Regularly review the efficiency of existing tools and scripts, refining and tweaking as necessary.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Big Data, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Fluency English communication in both, verbal and written forms is a must.
• Curious what this "marketing automation" thing is
• Some knowledge/experience with marketing automation platforms: HubSpot.
• Some knowledge/experience in data visualization tools Power BI, Looker Studio.
• Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, user experience, and design.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in documenting technical processes and workflows.
  
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
