Managing the operations of the OBO/Port of Spain office as related to the construction contract's cost and schedule preparing reports and other control documentation Developing working knowledge of all administrative requirements of the construction contract and required contract deliverables Assuring satisfactory and timely performance of all aspects of project control providing controlof the contractor's submittals and as-built drawings Reviewing contractor's monthly application for payment advising Project Director/COR
of findings Reviewing evaluating requests for contract modifications as to their need whether they are already a part
part or existing contract requirements Performing quantity take-offs assisting in preparation Independent Government Estimates IGEs Providing support to Project Director COR in all contact administration matters negotiating modifications claims interpreting
