    Job Purpose: Responsible for providing technical solutions and responding to questions, concerns, and needs. Identifies customer needs early in the process in addition to support the logistic coordination and invoicing.

    Accountabilities: Essential functions and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned.

    • Offers qualification and its study and optimization.
    • Selects, prices, quotes, closes, and enters all HVAC related products/services.
    • Prepares and maintains project files for business quoted.
    • Responsible for order follow-up, order expediting and invoicing.
    • Interface customers as support to sales force.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 3-year experience in Customer care Departments with technical and administrative tasks.
    • Used to use Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Word and Excel ) and ERP

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Must be able to communicate effectively with others over the phone. Sales skills . Ability to communicate in English.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Proactive, positive and possibilist person with ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Teamwork and multitask orientation.
