What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and very dedicated person with extensive experience in holiday rentals who wants to grow professionally in a successful company in this sector.

For us, it is important that you are a team player and contribute to the positive atmosphere that we have where we help each other and more importantly have fun together.

Your role in this journey:

• Be one of the main points of contact for guests before, during and after booking their stay. Moreover, helping them with all aspects before, during and post stay offering excellent customer service.
• Managing client payment accounting including invoice generating and liaison with our accountants.
• Analysing financial statistics and generating business reports.
• General office administration, managing client arrivals and liaising with our maintenance team.

Your backpack is filled with:

• Relevant job experience in holiday rentals, hotels or other relevant areas of the tourism sector.
• Experience of property management systems (channel managers). Previous experience with Avantio is a huge plus.
• Very good spoken and written Spanish and FLUENT English.
• A clientcentric, problemsolving attitude.
• Excitement about new technologies and the travel industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Can work with flexible hours.
• Leadership skills to motivate and encourage the team.
• Driving license is a plus.
