You will work in a highly cross-functional environment and be an effective project team leaderDevelop project plans up to pre-clinical phaseOversee development of drug(s) and ensure fulfills expected target profileBuild biological rationale and reason to believe for each projectContribute and lead efforts to gain additional biological understanding in the diseases of interest.
Develop novel therapeutic hypotheses that can help initiate new drug discovery projects.Contribute to scientific evaluation of external opportunities.· Build and maintain effective relationships and collaborations with academic and industry collaborators and advisors.
Education & ExperiencePh.D. in relevant scientific area and~3 years of experience i n an industrial or academic environment.
Sound background inimmunology and translationalresearch with impactful research experience demonstrated by high-quality publications, patents, and/or presentations at national/international conferences.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience intranslational dermatology , and with experience indrug discoveryin small molecules, biologics, mRNA or cell therapies.
CompetencesStrongproject leadershipexperience in academic or industry cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills in English and ability to influence team decisions.
Strong decision maker capable of simultaneously working on and in several fast-paced projects.
