We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Labor Relations Manager to support the Spanish Organization based in Barcelona that will report to the HR Director and work closely with the Legal Department of the company.


Mission of the position:

Ensure compliance with labor regulations in the organization, leading the negotiations with labor unions, advising managers, HRBPs and working jointly with the representation of Amplifon workers.


Main requirements:


  • Review HR Policies and Regulations based on Labor Law requirements
  • Analise business labor risks and propose solutions/mitigation plans
  • Leading negotiations between the organization, labor unions and employees
  • Build the Labor relations roadmap for the coming years
  • Participates in and acts as the primary contact for contract negotiations and collective bargaining
  • Reviews, assesses, and evaluates the impact of changes to the collective agreements and employment legislation
  • Drafting of contract clauses, renewal agreements and any other precise document in the management of labor relations
  • Advises managers and employees on sensitive labor and employee relations matters

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience as Labor relations Manager, labor Advisor or a similar role
  • Able to lead negotiations in a complex labor relations landscape.
  • Indepth knowledge of (employment) law and legal regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels
  • Advanced English level
