**We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Iberia Legal Department

You might be the one we are looking for if

You recently finished a
University Degree in law (last year or recent completion)
You have done an internship in the past, ideally in the FMCG sector, which will be highly valued
You have been valued for your efficiency and autonomy
You have vocation for Law
You are fluent in
_both _English and Spanish** **You have European Work Permit

As an intern in our Legal Department, you will be able to...

Advise the business on advertising matters in all types of promotions.
Coordinate and manage industrial and intellectual property issues
Coordinate and manage data protection matters
Develop and deliver all types of training to the business
Drafting or reviewing all types of contracts, agreements or arrangements (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.)
Manage and prepare corporate documents (minutes, certifications, etc.)
Coordinate the signing procedures before the Notary Public and the

Public Registries:
notarization of corporate agreements and contracts, granting and revocation of powers of attorney, etc.

Coordinate and manage legal matters related to compliance.
Defending the company's interests in administrative and legal proceedings.
