- You will update the apartment portfolio information of the different suppliers on the platform (database / base de datos / bbdd)
- You create flows to mantain and update the information in our databases related to properties and properties managers
- You will provide assistance to the Content & Supply Manager in the communication with Suppliers
- You will train new or existing suppliers in the use and update of Apartool's Management Platform
- Native/Advanced level of written and spoken Spanish. Intermediate level of English. Any other language will be a plus.
- You are currently enrolled or have a degree in a Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Public Relations, Marketing and Communication, Business Administration and Management or others related
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Basic understanding of SQL or the ability to read queries is a plus.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Tech lover and Google expert
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software would be a plus
