    Your Tasks

    1. Develops and maintains the holistic enterprise architecture that aligns with business and technology strategies and goals for Omnichannel platform.
    2. Creates and manages a comprehensive technology roadmap outlining the evolution of the organisation's technology landscape.
    3. Provides architectural guidance and oversight for individual change to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
    4. Defines and enforces technology standards and best practices, promoting consistency and interoperability.
    5. Collaborates with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and align architectural solutions.
    6. Leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organisation.
    7. Establishes and enforces governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
    8. Promotes architectural awareness and understanding across the tech organisation through training and educational initiatives.
    9. Acts as a sparring partner to the engineering colleagues on all levels to develop a living culture of architectural excellence.
    10. Supports the Value Stream Owner to create future Blueprint Architecture.

    Your Profile

    1. Several years (minimum of 8 years or more) in Retail Industry and especially in Omnichannel architecture.
    2. SAP retail knowledge is preferred.
    3. Profound knowledge and expertise in enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
    4. Proficiency in designing complex and scalable solutions, considering current and future needs.
    5. Capability to define and enforce technology standards and best practices for consistency and efficiency.
    6. Ability to establish and enforce governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
    7. Experience in Omni-Channel platform implementations.
    8. Strong knowledge on API concepts & patterns (REST based).
    9. Experience (preferred) in working with Global International teams.
    10. Very good command of English language (both Verbal and Written) and German language skill is a plus.
    11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
