We are the leading platform for carpooling to work, a solution for companies to take care of their employees and save emissions.

JOB MISSION
We are looking for a proactive, outgoing, and persistent person.

If you are passionate about sales and the collaborative economy, this is the place for you Your mission is to help us reach large customers and improve people's quality of life through more sustainable mobility.


As a Sales Development Representative:


  • You will identify the buyer profile with whom we want a meeting
  • You will follow a contactability strategy with management positions
  • You will qualify companies and leads
  • You will identify and understand the buyer's problems
  • You will generate curiosity, solve objections, and engage the buyer in a meeting.

Requirements:


Hard skills:


  • Completed studies
  • Handling of CRM and other digital sales tools
- +6 months of experience in B2B Sales department

  • Spanish (since we are a Spanish company, this will make everything easier)

Soft skills:


  • Optimism: always see the bright side of things
  • Extroversion: cold calling sales ability
  • Empathy: ability to listen to others
  • Dynamism and flexibility: ability to adapt to changes

Positive assessment will be given to:

  • If you have worked with Hubspot CRM
  • If you come from a company related to the world of HR, B2B Software, or sustainable mobility.

Conditions:


  • Starting at €18,000 gross + 30% variable
  • Start date: as soon as we find the right person
  • Onsite work 3 days in Lisbon and 2 days remote
  • Telecommuting in July and August

Selection process:


  • If you pass the first filter, we will send you a video interview to get to know you better
  • Finally, we will ask you to prepare a real case and present it to us in an interview
  • If you are the chosen one, you can start working at Hoop
