I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort.


Duties and Responsibilities


As Residential Sales Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.


The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for the residences and will report to the Director of Sales.


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Six Senses Ibiza Residences, developing a robust strategy that supports our commercial goals across high, shoulder, and low seasons.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including traditional villa service providers and nontraditional sales channels such as family offices, yacht brokers, and realestate contacts.
  • Think creatively and break the traditional sales mold, bringing an outofthebox approach to our Residences sales action plans and building a network of highvalue partners both onisland and across the wider region. Think big, be bold.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the unique features and amenities of the Residences, being able to effectively communicate these to prospective clients and agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all things Residence sales, including both inhouse teams and outofhouse clients.
  • Instill a costfocused philosophy through training and education.
  • Work closely with the Director of Revenue to understand Residences sales pickup and pace, creating proactive sales plans to address need periods.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments such as reservations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the onsite marketing team across all sales collateral and content needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to measure performance against sales goals.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities as required.
  • Operate the property consistent with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security, and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices, and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed, and maintained to ensure the successful operation of the hotel.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Residential Sales Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills ,and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • Possess some College plus 1-2 years of sales or marketing-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and more than five years' experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferred.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that a fluent level of Spanish is preferred.
  • Valid EU work permit.
