Join our vibrant team at MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE Barcelona as a Bar Supervisor We're on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-focused individual who exudes confidence and passion for delivering exceptional service.

As a Bar Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our bar while creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

At MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, embodying our brand values with every guest interaction.

We're seeking someone who thrives on connecting with people and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

Training of current staff and new team members
Help with managing your team and constantly raising the bar
Main contact with suppliers
Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibility for the premises
Enforcing health and safety rules
Be responsible for ensuring the perfect of every drink every time to minimize waste

Requirements:

A demonstrable passion for food concepts and creation, with a good working knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
You have an eye for detail
A strong desire to develop a career in highend restaurants
Exceptional customer care skills
Empathy for your colleagues
Ability to work under pressure
Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit
