Join Our Dynamic Reservations Team as a Reservation Agent at Avis Budget Group Contact Centre in Barcelona

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team.

What you ́ll do:

Sales: Increasing and maximizing business opportunities and identifying and clarifying customer needs to recommend the service or product for every situation.
Service: Using knowledge acquired (skills and attitudes) to ensure customer satisfaction and attending kindly customer in any situation and answering their requests.
Dutch / Flemish & English fluent.
Previous experience in customer service/sales

We will offer you:

Permanent contract starting on the 1st of March.
Salary: euros gross per year plus monthly bonus scheme.
