WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Ability to support the design and development of solutions and initiatives within area of expertise providing consuting support to business units.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

SME role within Conduct and Reputational Risk
SCIB Compliance function
2nd line reputational risk advice, challenge and oversight to the global
SCIB business lines in close coordination with local teams
Perform transactional validation of
SCIB deal activity globally as escalation point for local Reputational Risk teams.
Reputational risk event escalation and reporting duties
Business and Risk stakeholder management and engagement
Support on preparation of materials for Group Risk committees in relation to Reputational Risk matters
Business and Risk stakeholder management and engagement
Global Conduct and reputational risk training preparation and delivery.
Participate in wider implementation projects within the
SCIB Division as relevant SME for conduct and reputational risk including support in building
SCIB global conduct and reputational risk management framework.
Provision and support in production of MI.

EXPERIENCE
Required

5+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role with significant exposure to conduct and reputational risk matters relevant to an investment banking organization
Experience across multiple regions and jurisdictions.
Exceptional prioritization skills to conduct Global, multidisciplinary role
Strong stakeholder management skills: High level of collaboration required with 2nd line Risk, Financial Crime and other Compliance teams
