At Danfoss Power-Electronics and Drives segment, we are looking for a Sales Engineer.

This position is based in Madrid, SP.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage and grow the business
  • Develop the distribution network
  • Work together with the BDM ́s to grow core industries
  • Implement strategy and action plans

Background & Skills:

- +5 years experience in B2B sales in the industry

  • Ability to perform in matrix organizations
  • Experience in sales both through distribution network as well as direct sales
  • Engineering degree is a plus
  • English is important
  • Motivation to take ownership and grow business
  • Hunting skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel +50% of his/her time
