About the Programme
The programme offers you the chance to join the CIAM team supporting the mission of Swiss Re, a world leading risk knowledge organisation.
Over an 18-month period, you will receive training, job rotations, and opportunities to work across different parts of the business.
About the Role
Join a team of Cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient.
You will develop expertise in the IT and software systems that support digital access management processes, tools, and techniques working with modern technologies and agile environment.
You will collaborate across the wider business educating and supporting the business about our Cybersecurity systems development approaches. Within the team you will help transform and continuously improve our governance process systems for a trusted digital environment. You will be working in a hybrid setup, from home and the office, as suits you.In your role, you will
- Learn about, and practice, a range of Identity Access Management and cybersecurity tools, and approaches,
- Support groundbreaking changes within digital risk governance and control field,
- Help our customers in access control requirements and lead them through the overall process.
About the Team
About You
- Have successfully completed an IT and/or software development focused university degree,
- Demonstrable curiosity about Cybersecurity, risk control, security or related fields,
- Approach problems with curiosity and openmindedness, are a fast learner
- Innovative, showing a high degree of personal initiative,
- Teamplayer, willingness to contribute actively to the overall team spirit,
- Ability and enthusiasm to work in a global and multicultural environment, and to be mobile in terms of workplace or location if required,
- Ability to express yourself effectively in oneonone conversations and small groups in English,
- Capacity to readily adapt to a changing and dynamic environment,
- Strong analytical skills and can focus on details without losing track of the bigger picture.
