Role Description
As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, your daily duties will include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. You will play an important role in implementing overall recruiting strategy, provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team, and promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
