- Provide technical support for the operation and promotion of Automation & Digitization solutions (we have a strong training portfolio for you to learn)
- Holding customer centricity and customer satisfaction as a leading north star
- Act as a change enabler for technology products in the local market
- Ensure that local projects and solutions offering provides the best technology possible to meet customer needs and expectancies
- Control the systems implemented in the range of clients, carrying out inspection visits, remote support or other types of contact
- Carry out presentations, demonstrations, and simulations of the product to clients
- Make reports to factory on the status of systems, failures, special requests to customers, others
- Competences
- Ability to work independently or as integrated team member, as the situation requires
- Strong written and verbal communications
- A safety-first and collaboration mentality
- Fluent level in English
- Advanced level in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Availability to travel >50%
- Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in mining or industrial segment
- Ideally familiar with mining and construction industry

- Skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders
- Education
- Technical background, bachelor's degree in engineering is preferable.
