OBJECTIVE:


We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Firmware Engineer interested in joining our dynamic company, located in the Barcelona area.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining firmware for our products, as well as assisting in hardware design when necessary.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Design and develop firmware for embedded systems.
  • Collaborate on hardware design as needed.
  • Perform firmware testing and debugging.
  • Maintain and update existing firmware as necessary.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies to improve firmware development.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in firmware development.
  • Experience in motion control is highly valued.
  • Experience with STM32 microcontrollers is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of programming languages, especially C and C++.
  • Experience in hardware design and understanding of schematics.
  • Previous experience in FPGA programming will be an advantage.

OTHER SKILLS:


  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
