What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include

  • Act as a right hand for the sales team, CGO, COO and CEO
  • General tracking of ongoing activities statuses across multiparticipant topics
  • Handle the internal and external communications with our clients as well
  • Manage our internal CRM with proficiency (Hubspot)
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments to make our everyday life easier
  • You'll support us with scheduling business travels (globally) and keep tracking vacations, birthdays and related supporting activities
  • Following up of signature of agreements, by ensuring the smooth running of contracting process
  • Support event organization, marketing related assistance
  • Meeting notes and action points from multiparticipant meetings
  • Ongoing reporting reminders and data collection (chasing stakeholders)
  • Basic administrative works for Sales, reporting and adhoc tasks

What you bring to team

  • Able to work in 20 hrs/week now (based on workload we'll increase it if needed)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Agile juniors are also welcome to apply, but you need to have some proven experience in a similar role
  • Spanish and English languages at professional level
  • Able to work in hybrid position in Palma de Mallorca
  • We'll provide you all the support you need, but you have to be proactive, selfstarter and able to work independently.
