Within GETD, we have launched in 2020 a strategic partnership with Microsoft to build the Digital Healthcare Platform (DHP) which aims at interconnecting healthcare services to enable hassle-free & personalized customer / patient journeys, leveraging AI and new standards on health data interoperability.

DHP is an open platform meant to support a healthcare ecosystem at European level in a 1st step, beyond AXA entities, and even more globally in the future.


Purpose of the Job

The DHP Quality Assurance Lead is a key role in the organization. He/She which will define the QA strategy and approach and be ultimately responsible for ensuring product quality. He/She will at the same time a hands-on persons capable to take ownership of some QA activities and will manage a team of QA engineers. The manager will provide regular direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members, ensuring the success of the team.


The role requires strategic thinking and planning and provide expertise throughout the entire product development life cycle with a strong sense of quality ownership making sure that quality is baked in from the start.

The QA Lead will have ownership of QA environments across the platform.

QA Lead to oversee the delivery and maintenance of automated scenarios and frameworks based on industry best practices.


He/She will interact with engineering, product owners and architects to coordinates activities orchestrated by the SAFE methodology and make sure value every release of the planform has passed required QA gates.


Main Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce the end to end test strategy for the platform
  • Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices.
  • As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be expected to lead test activities on projects, taking ownership and managing through to successful completion
  • Maintain existing and build new automated test scripts covering UI, API and web capability
  • Maintain Continuous Integration
  • Ensure proper traceability, version control and configuration management of all test objects developed
  • Enhance speed and confidence in delivery by incorporating test components into CI pipelines
  • Work with multiple teams and collaborate with QA engineers to assure quality over the code base
  • Review test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards
  • You will be responsible for reporting and managing defects through to successful resolution and will be expected to work with the project teams in collaborative manner, actively promoting the mindset of continuous quality and testing through all stages of the product delivery and positively supporting that approach to other colleagues or stakeholders if required
  • Delivery of the testing reporting framework including real
- time status on the overall test effort and providing updates highlighting risks and issues

  • Drive crossskilling and interviewing of new test automation capability
  • Manage a team of QA engineers

Your Profile Expected Skills and Experience**- Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • 8 years of QA experience, ideally for a platform business, ideally in healthcare environment
- proven track record of building QA teams, managing the function and direction of the QA teams

  • Strong technical background is a must with proven experience in cloud based solution (Microsoft azure a plus) and with continuous deployment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing.
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
  • Leadership and the ability to take initiative and to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Ability to fail fast
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Experience in developing Innovative IT products.
  • Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication. You will do most of your writing in English. Speaking will be English (mandatory) or French.
  • Ability to work in an international and cross functional organization as a team player
