The position


We're looking for a Project Manager and Business Analyst to work with us for a client in the travel sector.


In a nutshell, you'll work in the client IT department, being responsible for gathering project requirements and develop functional documentation, which will be used by the technology teams to develop it.

During the development of the project, you'll handle the management of issues and questions by the developers, ensuring the development follows the stakeholder expectations.


The role will involve building successful relationships across Business and IT, across all levels to advocate, communicate, prioritize, define, and deliver the projects.


Main duties / Responsabilities

  • Set out a clear project approach to meet expectations, including timings and relevant stakeholders.
  • Gathering requirements to align business expectations with the development roadmap.
  • Writing project specifications (functional documentation, use cases, user stories).
  • Wireframe design.
  • Revision of mockups and UX proposed by designers + Feedback.
  • Conducting demo meetings for users.
  • Take part of User acceptance testing and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with the external development team to provide functional support and align business expectations with the development roadmap.

Experience / Qualifications Required

  • 2 years' experience in successful endtoend software delivery in consumercentric industries, preferably having worked with internal and external teams in multiple projects at the same time.
  • Demonstrated project management and business analysis experience.
  • Experienced in the analysis and interpretation of business requirements.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English are a must.
  • Be able to display proactive behavior.
