    This challenging role will involve serving our installed base across different markets, including land-based biogas, marine cargo management systems, floating LNG terminals, as well as digital services for these markets.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of our services and solutions in Europe, establishing strong relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets.


    Responsibilities:

    • Engage potential customers, building and nurturing long-term relationships to understand their business needs and position our services as solutions to their challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support and technical experts, to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, showcase our services, and generate leads for potential customers.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with customers, leveraging a consultative selling approach to showcase the value of our services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation of our services and solutions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the management team using Salesforce.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the target markets, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • M.Sc./B.Sc. in engineering, preferably within the fields of gas processing, automation or digitalization. Candidates with a strong and relevant background
    as service or commissioning engineers will also be considered.


    • Proven experience in sales or business development within the services sector, preferably in Service & Operation, Oil, Gas & Energy Industries
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services effectively.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
    • Fluent in English is required
