Serve as the leading point of contact for all customer account management issues
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure timely and successfully deliver our solutions in line with customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing customers and / or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas in the region

Requirements:

A passion to work with technology.
Team-player: Able to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way.
Customer empathy and strong customer-facing skills via excellent communication.
Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Proven work experience of 3-5 years as Account Manager or relevant role in a technology/ICT company
Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience or background with business software
Experienced in managing customer expectations while working with internal teams and stakeholders while listening to customers and showing empathy
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail

This is a full-time position with 40-hour working week

Due to the pandemic, this job is currently in remote mode. As it gets safer to return back to workplace, this job will be based in Valencia, Spain.
