How will you contribute to PropHero?
Your mission will be to lead and develop the Sales Department at PropHero in Spain.
Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions:

Be a TOP Sales Manager.

  • Become a great leader for the sales team, helping them reach their full potential and targets.
  • Define the sales strategy for the team.
  • Bring direct sales from your own network.
  • Set up the processes to scale and automate, coordinating efforts with operations and tech.
  • Own the Sales Targets for the company in Spain.
  • Proactively generate B2B leads.
  • Close up deals, be persuasive and convince potential customers to sign a contract.
  • Manage client relationships with high quality standards.
  • Focus on customercentricity, identify and understand our customers' needs and help position PropHero as the best solution in property investment.
  • Detect and implement ways to make the validation process more agile, providing a more fluid and direct process.

You will have done a great job if you manage to:


  • Reach and outperform the Company's targets.
  • Build an amazing team culture within the Sales Team in Spain, and contribute to the rest of the Departments.

What will make you succeed with us?

3+ years of experience as a Sales representative and SDR.
  • Selling similar products or tech B2B sales in a digital environment.

Experience leading a sales team
