Growth Marketing Manager (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

Enterprising:Establish and lead the go-to-market strategy for our growth areas and regions and develop marketing programs to activate your strategy. You'll continuously optimize and iterate the growth roadmap from a marketing standpoint to match your growing markets and products. Your objective is to test and learn, and ultimately to contribute to driving pipeline.

Collaboration:Collaborate to implement the strategy, leveraging existing marketing programs as well as creating new ones. You'll collaborate with the creative, content, & performance teams to build best-in-class marketing campaigns & materials on a global level.

Global Alignment:You'll join forces with regional field marketing managers to plan and execute vertical on-and-offline campaigns and events. You'll also work closely with the product organization to understand the ins and outs of our solutions as well as with the sales and business development teams to collect anecdotal feedback and data from the field.

Data: Measure, report and optimize campaign effectiveness and lead generation of individual marketing programs and instruments.

Your profile:

Experience: - 5 years' experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing

Collaboration:You can work collaboratively with people of different backgrounds across multiple departments and functions: you respect differences and can build strong working relationships

Communications skills:You embrace and understand the importance of interpersonal relationships, and you are fluent in English. Additional languages are welcome

Knowledge of:digital and/or event marketing campaign management, Salesforce and Marketo
-
Visible impact:Online marketing experience and measurable success in campaign management
