  • About you:_


S/he will be responsible for establishing policies, processes and technology that ensure the accuracy, stewardship and accountability of data across the enterprise and to users, as well as for developing and managing internal data governance model.


  • Responsibilities_
  • Ensure that Data is governed efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility
  • Contribute to our roadmaps for Data / Information Management
  • Act as Governance tools Super User, suggesting improvements concerning Data Structure ownership and maintenance.
  • Understand the impact of the Governed Data and provide guidance to others regarding Processes and procedures
  • Participation and adoption of projectbased changes concerning master data
  • Participate in D&A improvement projects
  • Provide clear recommendations from market research, benchmarks and data to define, prioritize and continuously improve management model
  • Escalates project issues and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution in a timely manner
  • Manages Data communications with all local and global owners
  • Leads the continuous improvement process within the team
  • Effectively prioritizes and executes tasks in a highpressure environment
  • Requirements_
  • Educated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or other technical fields
  • 34 years of relevant experience (with continuously expanding responsibilities)
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problemsolving skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Deep understanding of data governance, master data management, and associated technologies
  • Experience with data project related to business data lifecycle.
  • Systemic thinking and process orientation, accurate and methodological way of working
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work and report multifunctionally, crossculturally in an international environment
  • Excellent english skills oral and written
