    Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX, and other regional and local regulations).

    Main Responsibilities

    This position is a senior expert role which will drive the strategic Integration Governance and Delivery. This includes :

    • Work jointly with business to support the planning and execution, and co-lead the delivery of integration projects, ensuring adherence to budget constraints, and quality standards.
    • Support the E2E governance process across digital and business domains to guarantee the right adherence to good practices of the integration domain.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues related to integration projects, proactively addressing challenges to minimize project delays and disruptions.
    • Provide technical oversight and guidance to integration development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
    • Maintain a strong cross-functional relationship with the various project and operational teams continually sharing new features, functionality, process improvements, lessons learned, and other best practices.
    • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring alignment with service-level expectations and performance metrics.
    • Both contribute to and develop various dashboards and reports to gain insights into the performance and utilization of the service to improve the operational effectiveness, future needs, and governance.
    • Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integration solutions, conducting thorough testing and validation activities.
    • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity of integration delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.

    About You

    Technical Background Required

    • 8+ years of experience in Integration Technologies Expertise and relevant experiences in business project support.
    • Proven experience in leading integration projects, with a strong understanding of integration technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
    • Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns, and data engineering best practices.
    • Proven experience in leading integration projects, with a strong understanding of integration technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
    • Good understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture, and compliance.
    • A familiarity with the new digital technologies and associated cyber practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS / SaaS / PaaS services, OT / IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience in a regulated sector is a plus.
    • Knowledge of industrial systems, especially SAP.

    • Ability to demonstrate support and drive for innovation and organizational transformation.
    • Ability to provide innovative solutions to his partners and facility to collaborate in global and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong ability to communicate, explain & educate beyond the technologies.
    • Proven successes working with project teams in the industry (manufacturing, science, commercial, )
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in an international matrixed environment.
