Internship: Service Commercial Support Intern

Job title:

Service Commercial Support will help us to grow business for our Service and Maintenance Services.

Your role:

You will give support to the Commercial Team, being in touch with internal stakeholders, managing administrative tasks, helping with tender commercial activities, helping with Customer Experience improvement initiatives.
You will also analyze data and draw conclusions on how we can improve our business.
You will be reporting to Service Business Manager, you will join young, dynamic and fun Customer Service Business Team consisting of 3 people, but also you will be in contact with internal stakeholders across various teams in the company.
It will be a 6months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.

You're the right fit if:

You are currently studying towards a bachelor or master in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, ADE or other Engineering degree (you must be able to sign a "convenio de practicas" with your univeristy) You can commit 35h/week in a morning schedule.
You are passionate about business. You know how to analyze data and draw conclusions from it. You preferably work with MS Excel and Power BI.
You speak fluent Spanish and English.
You have proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
