A business development manager at Viads is passionate and ambitious with excellent negotiation skills. Looking for the perfect learning and growth opportunity.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Search and seek for new publishers on a daily basis
  • Investigate and analyze in depth the sources of traffic with an approach focused on CPM
  • Negotiate new agreements with digital media
  • Cultivate relationships with publishers and provide them with solutions to their advertising monetization goals
  • Responsible of communicating with your publishers on a regular basis to maximize their profitability
  • Monitor and daily optimization of each account's KPI's
  • Regular reporting to clearly communicate performance to your team leader

About you:

  • Advanced in English
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills
  • Ambitious and team player attitude
  • Excellent time management
  • Objective driven
  • Ability to negotiate and keep an optimistic mindset
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work full time at the office
  • Willingness to travel, attending event and meetings with other account managers and affiliates in order to get new publishers

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario:
A partir de 1.200,00€ al mes
