Looking for an energetic, dynamic, and flexible team player who wants to learn and grow on a Global IT team at an international beverage company with international HQ located in Madrid, Spain.

Job description:

Participate and engage in crossfunctional digital projects from an IT perspective and assist with PMO (document methodology, meeting minutes, presentations, tracking actions/decisions, etc.)
Research, investigate, and provide benchmark in areas such as digital, sustainability and emerging technologies which includes Customer Relationship Mgt, DirecttoConsumer, GHG emission capture/report/improve, how to sell sustainability, etc.
Tracking our project portfolio ensuring that project managers are accurately reporting status, budget, resource allocation, etc. and future projects are being correctly represented and captured
Preparing & revising presentations by ensuring corporate template is being used while also double checking proper English is in place
Organizing team events, offsites, & team building activities
Handling team logistics including caterings & event agendas
Booking travel accommodations for VP and filling out monthly expense reports
Planning, coordinating and ensuring VP of IT schedule is in order without conflicts

Requirements:

Native or highlevel of English (written & spoken)
Native/near native Spanish
Excellent communicator
Organizational champion who is able to prioritize tasks and stay motivated & focused to deliver
Detailoriented and a fast learner
Eager and adaptable
Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Need to live in Madrid since part of the work will be presential
