Job Description:


We're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager who will drive the conversion optimisation program and strategy across our digital platforms.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a considerable toolkit of different methodologies and approaches.

You'll approach challenges pragmatically and will be able to work on both short term wins and longer term strategic growth.

You'll be comfortable working in environments where the understanding of CRO is still maturing but most importantly, you'll be highly passionate about your practice, and have an unwavering focus on creating best-in-class, seamless experiences customers.


Qualifications:


  • Set up and own the testing program and onsite CRO across 25+ different language websites, and various other web properties.
  • Lead CRO strategy and keep up to date with latest methodology and technology
  • Actively use a variety of CRO tools such as heatmaps, dynamic surveys, recordings, GA, User Testing or others to gather customer insights.
  • Generate testing ideas based on insights and research that will increase business.
  • Support the rollout of winning variants on the website.
  • Analyse, evaluate and report experiment results to the wider team.
  • Continually measure the performance to drive continuous improvement across web properties and marketing activities.
  • Be a 'go to' person for CRO consultation and regional optimisation inquiries.
  • Integrate culture of testing into mindset and knowhow of the wider team.
  • Line management of a CRO executive
Essential attributes

  • Subject matter expert with proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation dealing with large sites/traffic numbers
  • Working knowledge of industry standard A/B and MVT technologies (Optimizely, WO, Google Optimise or similar) and Analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics or similar)
  • Have proven ability to create strategic plans on both short and long timeframes.
  • Track record of growing business units
  • Able to understand complex business needs and translate them into strategies that deliver the desired commercial, marketing and operational outcomes.
  • Interest in psychology and factors affecting online human behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and evidence of generating confidence through effective management of key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problemsolving approach
  • Adaptable to quick change.
