    About the Job

    We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Cancer Predisposition and Biomarkers Lab (CPBL) at IDIS. The successful candidate will work on a fully funded position for 2 years, starting March 2025 or later dates may be considered upon specific conditions and agreement with the PI.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct research in genomics, preferably focusing on cancer, and develop expertise in bioinformatics.
    • Analyze GWAS data and perform post-GWAS strategies such as TWAS, eQTL analysis, and MR.
    • Work independently and provide mentorship to earlier-stage researchers.
    • Support the PI in grant applications, manuscript writing, and project management.

    Requirements

    • PhD in genomics or bioinformatics.
