HR Assistant role:

Duties involve:


  • On/Off boarding on new and existing employees
  • Inductions of new employees
  • Updating and maintaining internal HR system
  • Processing of contract for new and existing employees
  • Absence Management.
  • Dealing with all employee relations
  • Liaising with Senior Management and Directors.
  • Attending and conducting any investigations, disciplinaries, etc.

Must have:


  • 3 years HR experience.
  • Experience with Spanish local Law.
  • Knowledge of Contracts management.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
