HR Assistant role:
Duties involve:
- On/Off boarding on new and existing employees
- Inductions of new employees
- Updating and maintaining internal HR system
- Processing of contract for new and existing employees
- Absence Management.
- Dealing with all employee relations
- Liaising with Senior Management and Directors.
- Attending and conducting any investigations, disciplinaries, etc.
Must have:
- 3 years HR experience.
- Experience with Spanish local Law.
- Knowledge of Contracts management.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
