    Permanent Desktop Support Engineer

    About the Job:



    This role requires a highly skilled and experienced desktop support engineer to provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications.



    Key Responsibilities:


    • Provide first-level technical support via phone or email;

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and applications;

    • Document all work performed in ticketing system;

    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    h3>Required Skills And Qualifications:,   
      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. ,
      • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
