Your New Role

Together with the other managers, you will work on the long and short term plans for MAX in EMEA with a focus on a specific territory to ensure the best possible content offering and roll out in that region.

You will executes the planning and coordinates operational aspects for scheduling content on the Bebanjo Platform for its key Territory and/or country.

Reporting into the Director, Planning & Scheduling, you will assist in overseeing overall relationship with internal media departments (Media Supply Chain MSC; Acquisitions, Merchandizing) and ensure scheduled content is available by BTC in compliance with rights and business objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities

Within the planning & scheduling team takes ownership of a group of agreed content type/sources (e.g. MAX Originals, Local EMEA productions, 3rd Party Acquisitions etc) and/or a specific region and develops and execute both the long and short term strategic content plan for HBO MAX EMEA
Maintains an overview of all content types and works with other planning manager and Director to ensure we have an even flow of content being released on the platform at all times
Handles rights in Bebanjo to ensure the use of assets and monthly title distribution according to start and end dates, regional availability and windowing
Presents monthly highlights for internal stakeholders to ensure everyone is aware of HBO MAX priorities with EMEA
Work closely with our LatAm, Apac, and US colleagues on alignment and content roll out of MAX Originals.
Project manage and develop (along with BPI/MSC/Tech Ops and Bebanjo Team) the setup process for insertion of content on HBO Max EMEA in Bebanjo (scheduling system).
Work with WM Acquisitions Team and Editorial Team on avail list, inventories for the month and content expiration.
Monitor content volume and ensure compliance with local regulations when applicable.
Work closely with the editorial team on monthly calendar to discuss programming strategies and what content will be highlighted.
Work closely with the Warner Media Ops team and media supply chain to ensure a smooth and consistent roll out of content plans
Reconcile content exhibition reports with finance and amortization if needed.
Act as key point of contact with operations and acquisitions when there are delivery delays that will affect content premiere dates for assigned content types
Use analytics and work with Content Strategy Team and Data Insights and Planning Team on volumes by categories and demo target.
Close cooperation with localisations and content ops, ensuring the timely availability of localizations (subs and dubs where customary).

Qualifications & Experience

Fluent in English.
Solid experience in digital media/stream platforms or network.
Have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Able to work well under pressure, complete projects successfully and respond to changing demands and priorities whilst maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.
Business oriented with strong negotiation/mediation skills.
Understanding of the entertainment industry or media and the EMEA market is a plus
