    Job Title: HP Solutions Senior Financial Analyst

    The Finance Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic organization. Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, this role will be pivotal in managing and driving key financial processes, including quota alignment, investment reviews, and ad hoc business analyses.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Quota Process Management:

    • Serve as the finance lead for the quota alignment process, collaborating with the Print and Personal Systems (PS) teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Analyze quota metrics and identify key drivers to inform decision-making and planning processes.

    Ad Hoc Business Reviews:

    • Partner with division teams and the central planning team to conduct detailed ad hoc business reviews.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to address evolving business needs and opportunities.

    Strategic Analysis and Decision Support:

    • Lead special financial analyses and processes as requested by the HP Solutions CFO, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging financial expertise to influence key strategic decisions.

    Requirements:

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
    • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
