DACH E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist
Position: DACH eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist
Place in the organization:
The DACH eCommerce Specialist is part of the DACH marketing team and will report to the Regional Marketeer and work close together with the eCommerce team.
Responsibilities
As eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist you are a key link between the DACH commercial organization and the various eCommerce partners. The scope of this role is to ensure our brand and products are presented correctly on all digital platforms and our digital advertising campaigns are optimized to drive awareness and conversion.
As Digital Commerce is an important sales channel, your efforts are key in growing our businesses to their potential.
Produce and manage product data for our digital channels (copywriting and/or translations)
Review and enrich A+ content and translations copy on , optimize stores, develop banners campaigns, promotions and B+ pages
Coordinate on a weekly basis with the local Amazon vendor support team
Implement and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon while respecting the budget and meeting the targets
Review, adjust and optimize the product assets of our brand portfolio on the websites of our customers, images, translations, video content
Maintenance and monitoring of the eCommerce budget
Collaborate with sales and account managers in optimizing online performance, providing reportings and analysis
Translating the central and local marketing calendar to online and managing the commercial calendar of our customers
Assist with development of marketing materials and digital assets
Support the Regional Marketeer with developing and implementing the social media campaigns
Ownership of our organic social media channels of the Jumbo Group portfolio
Executing the management of our social media content calendar to ensure social channels are kept up to date.
Work closely with the design team to ensure relevant high-quality social media content.
Own the social media weekly/monthly reporting to provide the most relevant results with clear insights, best practices, and learnings
Preparation and participation in new product launches, preparing customer presentations, price list development
Coordinate and manage local product samples, costumer, fairs and showroom
Support in execution consumer- & trade fairs and events
Education and experience
3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Fluent in German, English, other languages are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and a pro-active approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working with software tools such as Pacvue
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and overall social media best practices; good understanding of social media KPIs & trends
Highly proficient in Excel
You are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing and consumers.
Strong attention to accuracy while working under deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbally and in writing
Team player: likes to build strong relationships, collaborate and work hard while having fun at it
Flexible and adapt quickly to new situations.
A hands-on approach and down-to-earth character with the ability to handle complex situations efficiently.
