Your tasks:
- Primary Contact person for Quick Service Restaurants franchisees, restaurant managers and corporate employees
- Responsible for full and smooth planning and execution of fullsize kitchen projects and remodels, working closely with restaurant owners, architects, construction site managers, service companies and the Franke ́s office team.
- Reach/exceed the sales goals set for the area through:
- Frequent business planning meeting with the customers
- Analysis of customer ́s needs and coordination of sales activities in cooperation with the Franke office team
- Active participation in Franke ́s marketing and sales promotions
- Promote Franke ́s equipment and services
- Responsible to deliver accurate sales forecasting and profitable projects
- Process of external complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, business administration or equivalent
- experience in QSR restaurant operations or construction is an advantage
- Professional experience in project management
- Familiar with business travel
Your Skills:
- Excellent in written and verbal communication, people interactions and negotiations
- Good Business sense
- Deep understanding of the customer ́s business, the market and its needs
- Selfdriven and result oriented
- Structured and excellent in managing multiple projects at the same time
- Out of the box thinker
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Very good knowledge in English; any other additional language is an advantage
- Drivers License
