Job Description:


We're on a journey to redefine the Digital Employee Experience space, and we need a seasoned
Senior Technical Recruiter who's up for the challenge.

You won't just be filling roles; you'll be a strategic advisor and partner to our Engineering and Product leaders.

Leadership Collaboration:As a consultative partner to senior hiring managers, help them to navigate the talent landscape, develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent, and solve people-related challenges.

Project Participation: Actively engage in cross-functional projects to propel the organization and function forward—such as diversity initiatives, employer branding, internship programs, networking initiatives, and onboarding enhancements.


Qualifications:

6+ Years of Proven Experience: Emphasis on technical recruitment is non-negotiable.

Partnership Mindset: Ability to consult, support, and solution with hiring managers. Prior HRBP experience is a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Experience recruiting software developers across diverse tech stacks at scale.

Industry Insight: Background in the software/IT industry and a genuine passion for technology.

Global Communication: Proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.

Autonomous Workflow: Can manage high-volume, fast-paced, international recruiting campaigns independently.

Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities.

Confidentiality: Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
