Job Summary:

• plan coordinate and execute bespoke events travel programs
• manage logistics budgets timelines supplier coordination

Main Responsibilities:

1. Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout project duration
2. SUPVISE onsite operations when necessary

To be successful you will have previous experience as a Project Manager in the MICE EVENTS INBOUND TOURISM sector. Additionally you should possess strong organizational skills language proficiency in italian english or german english excel project management knowledge of local destinations networks problem solving mindset multitasking ability attention to detail willingness to travel letter of recommendation required.
