    Introduction

Teleperformance, a leading player in customer experience management and contact center outsourcing, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in Barcelona as Account Strategists (proficient in Hebrew).

    Our goal at Teleperformance is to inspire and motivate our employees, creating a work environment where they feel proud to be part of our team.

    Responsibilities

    As an Account Strategist, you will collaborate with Media, Digital Marketing, and Online Advertising Agency Partners to provide tailored advertising solutions to various clients. Your duties include:

    • Enhancing Agency relationships and promoting Google products.
    • Offering strategic advice for maximizing client ROI.
    • Meeting sales quotas while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
    • Proactive communication with Agencies through phone and e-mail.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proficiency in Hebrew and fluent English.
    • 0-1 Year of digital marketing experience.
    • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
    • Full work permit for Spain.

    Desirable:

    • Familiarity with Google products like Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
    • Team player with leadership and communication skills.
    • Passion for Marketing and technology.
